If I buy a template can I mod.it then publish?

    Im asking because several templates are full games i can add code and some systems and some models them boom full fledged ios and Android game.

    You can mod and publish a game built with a template. That's what the Asset Store is for.

    You can not publish the mod itself, or otherwise redistribute the template except as built in a game or other executable.
