    Problem:
Unity new project crashes upon initializing a new project with long directory

    Error message:
    upload_2019-3-26_11-49-38.png

The only thing that it does is create a blank Temp folder

    To Reproduce:

    On windows 10
    1) Create a new project called "Really long project name that will most likely crash unity 2019", and put that in a folder called "Really ridiculously long folder name that is so insanely long it will almost certainly crash unity 2019 an throw and error message"
    2) Set to HDRP preview (not sure if this is important)
    2) Wait for error message

For some reason it wouldn't upload. I'm not sure if it was due to the long file name or not.
