IAPS required for Unity Developer Portal?

    Hello
    I have a new issue when I try to publish i UDP - it says I must add IAP as it is required for release
    ( attached a screenshot)
    My current app does not have any IAPs ( just ads). Is it not allowed to submit apps without any IAPs?

    That is correct, the supported UDP stores require IAPs.

    Doesn't that seem like a strange limitation? Does this mean we're unable to use UDP to push builds to stores without in app purchases? How does the feature & convenience of doing everything through Unity predicate on IAP's, or am I misunderstanding?

    This is a requirement by the respective stores, they require IAPs
