IAP1.20.1 Fails to Initialize on UWP

    My PlayerSetting :Unity 2018.2.13f1 (64-bit) + UWP + IL2CPP + .NET4.x Equivalent + Api Level.Net4.x

    when i call UnityPurchasing.Initialize(this, builder) no callback OnInitialized or OnInitializeFailed

    and git vs console output:
