"IAP service is currently disabled" despite being enabled

    Can you confirm that the Analytics service is enabled in the Dashboard? Are you a member of this organization? One thing to try is to explicitly disable the services in the Editor, then save and close your project. Then open it again, and enable the services. This may clear this popup.

    Can you answer my organization question? Does this happen on a brand new project? Make sure you have write permission to the project folder, perhaps trying creating the project under C:\Users\[username]\Documents
