    Hello all,
I'm thinking of possibilities of implementing some IAP in one of my Projects. My question is:

Take for example, players can buy gems using money, which then they can use to purchase a hat in the game store to wear.
IF the hat model/prefab (for example) has been downloaded / purchased in the Asset Store under the usual Unity EULA, is it legal to sell the items for the user to wear using gems?

    Sincerely yours,
    Danilo Neubern

The Unity EULA says that you can do anything with your "hat" given that the model/prefab is offered to the user in a compiled app or game. So, only selling the model/prefab source file to users (where they could use it otherwise) is prohibited.
