Hi - Hopefully, someone has encountered this. I have attempted to import IAP with the IAP and analytics services enabled. Current running 2018.3.3f1. I have disabled and re-enabled IAP through the services many times, I continue to get the same message. I tried to import IAP through the Asset Store but I get the same message. I am stuck at point and it has been two days of banging my head.

Hopefully, someone knows what to do.

    Thanks
    Chris

The screenshot was the error message. After countless searches, I decided to rebuild a new Windows virtual machine and rebuild the Unity development environment. After doing this, everything appears to be working fine.

    Hi,I met the same problem
Here's the way I solve it
before you goto services panel ,you have to import the ‘ In App Purchasing’ in PackageManager
if you haven't done, you'll get the same error when you import iap packages in services again and again
    forgive my poor English

Yes, if you purposely remove the Purchasing package in Package Manager, you'll receive this error.
