IAP causing 2019.3 to crash

    I have updated a project to 2019.3, but find that it crashes on opening. I have isolated the fault to the presence of the IAP module. If I delete " "com.unity.purchasing": "2.0.6"," from the manifest.json file in the Packages folder, it will open. The problem is that I need iAP functionality.
    What to do?
