Hello. I am a new user of Unity3D. I would like to know if I need to use blender to create models. I do not like the blender, I never liked it. And if there is any Application / Program, to create models other than blender, it's best to be pretty easy to use. Thanks in advance. (Sorry for my spelling / grammatical errors, but I can not say that correctly.)

    Hey, welcome!!

You need some kind of 3D tool.
IF you want to create your own, you know......'an Idea to Game Asset' pipeline, preferably something that has Modeling/UV mapping / Bone-Skin-rig-animate tools, Polygon sculpting, Texture/Normal/AO Baking.

I have been using Maya LT @ $30.00 USD a month, it cancelled itself last month. I decided to try and learn Blender, and save that money...

Take a couple of days, clear your schedule - and your mind.....invest in your future,Blender is Free, For LIFE!!

I found a free plugin , pretty impressed just Watch, download blender for free and Dive In!!!

    Good luck

    Hey. Thank you, for reply.

Blender has a fuction like...? Ehmm...? Building?
I know it hear oddly. But i mean fuction like brick building. My game character will be pixelated.
    Look: http://imgur.com/a/Zgd9K
And it's very hardly to make that style in 3D.

If you want something free - Blender.

Otherwise any 3D application like Cinema4D, Maya, 3DS Max.
    In Unity directly: ProBuilder

    For anything 2D related: Photoshop
or as a free alternative: Gimp or Krita

Please look up the documentation and tutorials in the Learn section for how to use 2D sprites.

It doesn't come out of the box with something for Voxels.... but I HIGHLY recommend learning Blender. It has a learning curve, which is made worse if you don't know 3d modelling concepts already since you are trying to learn both concepts and software...but there is no better free software out there that fulfills the purpose this well. One defect of Blender is that it does so much stuff, and some of it isn't done very well(texture painting, I see you...), but for making models for games, the modelling stuff is generally as good as any paid software, and so is the animation stuff. There are certain things that are done better elsewhere, but it is only a slight difference, similar to how GIMP does 90% of what Photoshop does, and 90% of users don't need that extra 10% anyway.

I don't understand why you want voxels for a 2D game.

you could even build this stuff directly in unity with planes

    i said with planes
and i didn't say you should, but you could

but learning a program like blender , maya or max, to create this level of complexity would take you maybe a day, but involves some effort and time to look for a basic tutorial on youtube and follow it

    Hi.
Maybe MagicaVoxel could be useful for you.
It's a free voxel editor. You can export an .obj (that you can import into Unity).

    Hello.
    I tried this program.
I created a model, and if i import that model into Unity,
and in unity that model "transform" into only rectangle. (I imported in .obj)

It's hard to understand what's happening without more informations, but are you sure you exported the model correctly?
On YouTube there are a few videos explaining how to export a model from MagicaVoxel to unity.

I must wait for GPU, and new HDD, then it can be long time. But i remember to tell you for that MagicaVoxel soon.
