I want to pay more to good Asset Store plugin developers!

It is exactly asset store issue. If the developer appreciates their time less than my money, we have transaction where I give money to them and they dedicate time to product that I need. It is no different for a shoe vendor appreciating 50€ more than a pair of shoes where as buyer appreciates the shoes more than their hard earned 50€. There we have business transaction.

What asset store fails to deliver is the LTS mindset that Unity has incorporated. They changed the licensing model for exactly this reason.

Now this business fact must be propagated to Asset Store that we can have developers who have sustainable business in delivering products that the community needs and uses year over year. Those products that are niche for Unity to dedicate their time.
