    What is anyone supposed to do with the information you have provided?

    You need to explain your problem, saying "I want AR 3D Brush" is not a question.

    "Please help me" is not really a question? help you with what?

    What have you done so far to try and make this app? If you tell us what you have managed and what you are struggling with we can help.

    If by "I want AR brush please help" you mean, "I want someone to tell me how to make the entire app as I have no idea and have not even done the unity tutorials in the 'learn' section of the website", then sorry, noone is going to do that for you. You need to learn to use Unity3D, or pay for a contractor, same as everyone else.
