I tried every possible thing on internet and can't install Unity editor. Logs & errors included.

I need my unity setup in this week for a group project. I had 2018.4.13f1, i've tried to remove it to replace with 14f1, failed, manually removed, can't install any unity editors since then. What i've tried:
Uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable versions, reboot, install all of them, reboot again
Uninstall gpu driver with ddu, reboot, install gpu driver, reboot
Uninstall Editor/Hub with revo uninstaller
Install both on SSD/HDD, also different paths for hub and editor
Download different editor versions from hub
Download standalone setup files
None of them worked. Here is the hub log with my username removed:

Here is what happens when i manually start the setup.exe(It translates to : "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) ):


When i run exe as administrator, i don't get the error but nothing happens, here is the process explorer events belongs the setup.exe:


At this point i've been trying to install an unity editor last 2 days. I'm really exhausted and i rarely seek help on internet but it feels like it won't budge no matter what i do. Ask for more info if it's needed. Thanks in advance.
