Question I purchased an asset, I own this asset, but packagemanager says: (screenshot)

    Title:

    Yes:
    - I am the one who purchased this asset with my Unity-Account
    - I am signed in with my Unity-Account
    (otherwise it wouldn't be displayed in "My Assets" in Package Manager)

    i had a similar issue some time back.. are you using unity teams , or somehow sharing projects with another developer ? if we both owned the same asset mine would be removed while teamed up. other issue is your purchase could have added to thier account.

    Hi phrobion,
    I am very sorry this happens to you. It could be a problem with the Asset Store backend. Usually, this message is displayed by the Package Manager when we receive a 403 from the Asset Store. Could you please restart the Unity editor? Whether it worked or not, please reply here as I will let the Asset Store team know about the issue.

    Hej.
    Yes. I restarted (and now did a fresh install) of Unity (2022.2.12f1) on (K)Ubuntu 22.04.
    Still I am having no access to this one asset-pack.
    Yes, a also got an 403 in console.
    All other assets (from assetstore) are working fine.
    Also the assets from the same publisher (Synty)
    Thanks in advance.

    (I just needed a low-poly cactus :D)

    Thank you for your response. Did you buy all these 'Polygon' packages from a bundle? In the mean time, you could go through support and they will contact the Asset Store team who will be able to assist you since it seems to be an issue with a specific package.

    Yes. I bought all these Polygon-Packages, but not from a bundle.
    The specific (not-working) one I bought yesterday.
    All work fine (as far as I know).
    Okay.
    I'll contact Synty.

    P.S.
    Sadly I am not able to rebuy it, while having it in MY library (assetstore), which tells me I am NOT the owner.
    This is the first time the asseststore-system disappoints me.
