I need your help - 2 rejections for Cartoon TV v3

Dear Community,

I really need your help.
This is the 2nd time Apple reject my application saying the VOD doesn't work.

On all our devices, in France, this is working without problem.

Apple tested it on an ipad retina with ios 7.0.6.

This is why I really need your help to let me know if the VOD is working in your country or not.
