I need help with the license

    I have tried everything I have seen in forums and I have not managed to fix it. I've tried contacting unity support and the links don't work ...

    Ditto, the id.unity.com interface claims
    "1 computer is manually activated and cannot be disabled."
    ...and given the working from home situation, we very much need both of those seats. If customer support is needed to revoke the one "stuck in license limbo", then it's strange that ALL the ZenDesk links on Unity's site are dead ends...
