I assume that you're actually trying to 'run' your game on your android device (?) or are you trying to 'publish' your game to the play store?

If unity is not finding your device this is most likely not a Unity issue - you need your device to be correctly connected to your machine first - some android devices need specific drivers installed in windows before it will be seen by the OS.

    This may help: http://developer.samsung.com/technical-doc/view.do?v=T000000117

To verify if your device is working you can use the "monitor.bat" in the adt-bundle...../sdk/tools/monitor.bat you should see the device listed and online in the devices tab of that monitor. Until you see it there you will not be able to run on your device.

You don't need any unity remote or anything like that - once your device is showing correctly in the monitor change the build target in Unity to android and the click "build and run" and it'll build it and run it on your android device - no other steps are needed.

    Hope that helps.
