!I Need Help for Complete My Game!

Hi Guy's...

Here I am back, I need help for various things for complete my game...
Put all doubts here to not follow bothering after...

First, I would like to know how to place a body to my character...
Because I add the "First Person Controller" will make a Egg xD

Also like to know, how to place a lamp with animation similar to Amnesia...
That does not look like floating, and can be switched on and off by pressing a button!

And also like to know how to do that when my character walk in a certain place, is play a sound!

Not if there is tutorials how to do these things,
I just do not find them and do not understand much English, to make finding the tutorials...
I'm from Venezuela and I find it hard
