I Need a Homing Attack code for my Project

I Needed a Homing Type script For my game heres an Example

NOTE: Go to 3:10 Also I needed a particle effect code so that way when the Attack is Activated the particle Effect will Enable aswell and I needed the Code to be in Java Or CSharp
