I lost all assets bought since 2020

    All the assets that I purchased from 2020 are missing. The latest Order History is 2019, too. I have the update info of lost asset about 3 days ago, but I don't have infos about asset updated 2 days ago. So I think this problem just began around 2 days ago.

    I think the organization feature is related, I created it in early 2020. I went to the "asset management" panel but there is no asset at all

    I filled a support request but there is no response yet. Is there anybody have the same problem?

    I still have access to all my asset store purchases going back to 2011... and I also have an organisation with team management etc...

    Perhaps it's a DB hiccup? You might want to contact support.

    Happened to me once, right after an asset store update. I contacted support and they were able to fix it. It's the only thing you can really do.
