I have to click my buttons multiple times to register.. why?

    so I'm a beginner at unity and I'm having an issue when I click my button I have to click its like 5-10 times just for it to register once, anyone else had this issue please help.. Screenshot from 2020-04-08 15-16-10.png

    (UPDATE) so I updated to unity 2019.3.8ft and it working in the editor but when I do a build I get the same issue with the buttons and it's really annoying
