I don't want to publish my idea publicly ( it is not unique or anything, i just want ti to be my privet little project ) so could someone be my mentor and lead my way through it?

All depends. You having a character to control? 2d, 2.5d or 3d? The list goes on. Start with one simple aspect and build on it. Like if you have a character, get him/her walking/jumping. Etc. And it doesn't have to be thw final character either. Plenty of tutorials online.

Better to speak with someone locally that you feel comfortable sharing you ideal with and that knows about Unity/UE4 more than game programming. You can find someone that knows all types of arcana about game engines and shaders or niche x but that doesn't give them the knowledge to tie all the pieces together using Unity to make a fun game.

If you spent a week here: http://unity3d.com/learn

You'll know the direction you need to go in.

No one is going to be able to help you without knowing what kind of game you're trying to make. You can ask that they sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, but I doubt you'll be able to find many people who are willing to help for free and go through the hassle of singing an NDA.

You can also attempt to partner with a developer by offering some kind of profit sharing, but again, I doubt anyone will be up for that without at least knowing something about the game you're trying to make before hand.

If you really want to protect your idea that much, then you'll either have to go at it alone or, as @create3dgames suggested, pay someone for their trouble.

I don't think many people will jump at the chance to collaborate with someone without having at least some idea of what they are going to collaborate on.
