At least for ticket #524005 there is ongoing communication on ticket, last from yesterday. I assume you have verified your payment info?

i should got $24129.91 , but my paypal just got $4129.91 . so where is the left $20000 ....

 

As said, I can see there has been communication on your ticket #524005 withing last day, don't know why you haven't received any notification. Last message on ticket says e.g.

"Developer nnn, received the email which said payout is failed. Is that refer to the payment of $(amount), which is supposed to be received on Aug. 22nd?"

I've asked support to make sure you get information about ticket status. Hope it get's solved quickly.
