When using Debug.Log to print source.width and source.height (from OnRenderImage), it tells me my X-resolution is 2468 and my Y-resolution is 2740. I'm using a Vive Pro Eye (which is 2 screens, 1440*1600). Where is it getting these numbers from?

In the SteamVR menu (in Windows, not in VR), go to Settings->Render Resolution. In "Custom" you can see the Resolution per Eye, which is what render resolution it is using. At 100%, the resolution chosen is the render resolution recommended by the headset manufacturer. By default it's generally higher than the physical resolution to account for the warping of the lenses, or in the case of some VR headsets, excessive FOV.

And if you have it set to Auto Render Resolution, it can automatically upscale or downscale based on the power of your GPU.
