I don't understand tags

    Each time I want to add tags it throw errors like "cant add new tags" or whatever.
    Example here only one tag is available and its "admin".
    Have I missed something ?

    Each forum section has its own tags and only the ones that are predefined (listed under the Tags field) can be used.
