I can't use Unity4 anymore!

    Hi,

    this morning Unity4 asked me to re-activate the product, but, when I put the serial number it told me that my license is expired yesterday!

    I migrated to a PRO subscription, I use Unity5 for new projects, BUT I have a big, big, big project that use Unity4 and is not possible to migrate/update in new version.

    I'm Unity PRO user since the first Windows version. Bought and upgraded every license...I don't understand why I can't use Unity4 anymore.

    I already send and email to the support team, but the point is that today I can't work on my project and this is annoying and put me in bad situation with my customers.

    You should be able to enter your new subscription key into Unity 4 editor. Does that not work?

    Hi, the perpetual license page says:

    You have not yet added any licenses to your account.
    Add a serial number for an existing license currently not in your customer account.

    When I add the license number I have (the one I have from Unity3x, upgraded later in 4 and 5):

    License is already assigned to your account

    In the "other licenses" I have a Trial license/expired for no reason :)

    I have a similar issue, however, the current project is in Unity 5, but I wished to grab some screen captures using a Unity 4 plugin, couldn't open the project, got the same message as posted above. Contacted Unity but never received a reply. So I fell back into the usual habit of creating a workaround. I have pro from Unity 3 then upgraded to 4 and 5, but not yet subscribed. I would like an answer to this though for future reference as there are quite a few unsupported assets from the store that will not work in 5. Not so bothered about that when I can use them in 4 but if I can no longer even do that its a bit annoying, and a lot of money thrown away. Should I deactivate unity 5 and then reactivate 4 using the 5 license before deactivating 4 and then reactivating 5?

    Sorry to annoying all the people here, but I'm in a big trouble today, I really need the license ok and running as with the free version I can't not only publish, but also I can't create any asset! I've urgent delivery today.

    I already wrote to support, but atm I don't know how to solve the issue.

    I'm risking to loose my costumers with this as I have a tight schedule of deliveries.

    I don't understand why my perpetual license of Unity4 is unusable after the migration with the new PRO service that I have now.

    Unity please HELP

    Update:
    If we changed the old license to a seat-based subscription. We need to assign ourselves a seat and then activate the new license key that assigned.
