I can't use mixamo animations anymore?

    Does anyone know if something changed recently that prevents the extraction of mixamo animations?

    My workflow was as follows.

    1. Download the animation from mixamo (fbx for unity, without model).
    2. Import into Unity
    3. apply humanoid rig
    4. duplicate the animation
    5. delete the imported fbx.

    That would leave me with a single disconnected animation file that works with unity.

    The problem is that the animations no longer work that way now. In fact, I noticed that the animations don't work with the standard unity model in the inspector either.

    I also noticed that if I import it with a model from mixamo I can get it to function with that model, but not outside it anymore.

    Any suggestions?
