I used to see a blue mark next to the button, now it has disappeared and turned yellow. I can't perform the push, it just shows the update option. Is it possible to create a Collaborate from scratch? Or what is the source of the error?

    Hi,

It seems that you have some changes pushed to your repository and Collaborate requires to download those changes first and then you'll be able to publish your changes.

As a workaround for your issue I'd suggest to do the following:
    1. Close all Unity instances
    2. Rename your Project folder and keep as a backup
    3. Open the Unity Editor and download a fresh copy of your Project (This should now be your latest revision)
    4. Close the Unity Editor once the download is complete
    5. Copy and paste your Assets and ProjectSettings folders from your backup to your new download
    6. Reopen the Unity Editor and publish changes that have been identified
