I can't post portfolio as cant receive sms code

    Hi. I just can't receive sms, i tried more than 10 times at last 3 days. 0 code verification was delivered. My phone is ok and net is ok too.
    What need to do?

    What's your connect profile link? I will add you in Connect Messenger. and try to see what's wrong for your account.

    Hi, this is happening to me as well.

    I only received one first SMS, just to enable the two factor auth. Then I tried to post something, but this time no SMS was received. I even try to click "resend", but nothing happens.

    I try about 10 times. every time i put in by hands. so impossible to input wrong numbers.

    Sorry for the inconvenience!
    After checking, we found you might select the wrong country code which caused a little bug in our SMS system, we have fixed this issue already, could you have a try again and let us know the result.

    Hey SNicolas,

    we found that all the SMS have been sent to you successfully, but for some reason your phone can't receive the code, could you restart your phone or have a check if some app in your phone prevent you receiving code like this?

    Hi,

    I can not see anything blocking sms in my phone.

    I was able to receive the first sms instantly (the one to enable two factor auth). Just after that, I tried to post a new showcase but I stopped receiving sms since.

    I tried rebooting the phone and even deleting the draft on my profile and re do it, but nothing.

    Hey Zipsted & SNicolas,

    After checking, we can confirm that all the messages have been sent to you successfully, but for some reason, you can't receive the message with TFA.

    In case of the fact that there must be some users who can't receive TFA for some reason, we released a little fixed today, if you can't receive the TFA, you can choose to Skip in the TFA pop-up, and your posts will be submitted to our system admin, after their approval, your posts would be published to the public automatically.

    I didn't received any sms code for two factor authorisation. Do you send a code to Belarus? Could you please check.
