I cant load my assets in package manager

It refreshes forever and then says "No packages". Same from the asset store itsef. "My assets" contains no assets.

Whats up?

 

Flash sale is probably breaking the backend for unity packages right now.

Give it a bit and then try again.

I have the same problem, Trying last half-hour without success, also asset store shows that I have no assets at all. Hope it will be fixed asap as I have to download some assets I work on.

 

Same issue, my profile says I own no assets.

Same problem here. I opened up a support ticket but hopefully the issue resolves itself once traffic dies down.

 

Glad I'm not the only one. I had a small heart attack when I saw that my assets were suddenly missing. I guess I need to work on something else today.

Yeah, this is ridiculous. Unity knows when a sale is coming and should add server capacity. A company full of engineers, and yet...

 

Uh oh... now im getting issues with license not being found... its valid until 2025.

 

I can't see, import, update or download my packages.
Also I can't buy anything from the asset store.
The buy buttons and reduced price loads endless.

Same here. And my Wishlists are gone also. I opened a ticket for that.

 

Guess I'm doing something other than working today, lol. All of my assets are gone, my receipts for them are blank, and the asset store doesn't even want to load most of the time.

This happens almost every sale.. why can't they think ahead and prepare for the influx of traffic?

 

I checked their careers page, and they do have one opening for a devops engineer over in Dublin. Maybe they just don't have HA designed into their asset store backend. The errors I'm seeing are Redis related, which means they knew enough to have a redis cluster between the web app and the backed SQL server, but my guess is that they don't have that cluster's autoscaler turned up to 11.

 

I purchased a few things in the sale but I got an error message on confirmation page and it hasn't appeared in my assets. Payment went through, however, and things I bought before and after are showing in my assets page. Is there any admin in the forums? Don't really want to order again but don't want to miss out on the sale for this item either
