Question I can't get a license

    Hello, this last few days I've been trying to get a license, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to get one, even after checking all the solutions given, I still couldn't get one.
    When trying with the get a free license option I'm getting this error :
    "There was a problem activating a new personal license. Make sure you are logged in, and have internet connection." upload_2022-1-31_23-20-50.png
    And when I'm trying through the Activate with license request I'm getting this error :
    "Unable to save license"

    I have no idea anymore what to do, do you guys have an idea ?

    My issue was fixed by simply waiting, I only had to wait for a little while, so maybe just wait a little, and I also kept restarting the Unity Hub.

    Also new to unity, also struggling with the same issue. Why is there no official response? Or workaround even? I've spent weeks on my own, not to mention other people's spare time, that could've been spent on me actually learning how to program instead of dealing with a license that I shouldn't even have to pay for. Why???

    Hey folks,

    Could people still having licensing issues please try with the latest Unity Hub beta (3.1.0b1)? There were some fixes to licensing I'd like to see whether or not these fix your issues

    https://unity3d.com/hub/whats-new

    To get the beta, select the Preferences cog on the top left of the Hub launcher, go to Advanced and select Beta in the dropdown. You should then get a notification at the top of the Hub launcher on the main screen to install the update.

    Let me know in this thread if this solves the issue, so I can go back to the team.

    Hi Maru, I'm currently attempting this solution but not much has changed since installing the beta. Same errors when attempting to use the license. I'm available to talk over discord in the next few days if there's anything more that can be done. I really appreciate this sort of official response, and I look forward to finally being able to get started with Unity.

    Please raise this as a bug via the Hub launcher. Right click the Hub logo in your system bar and navigate as shown below.
