Bug I cant download or sign in to new/old versions of unity hub

I had to update the unity hub I already had installed to a newer version. Unfortunately I was asked to sign back in but clicking on the button would only highlight and have nothing else open. I went to its file properties and uninstalled the unity hub and thought it might work if I download it again from the website but that didn't work either instead the button highlighted when I clicked on the install and nothing would download the same for the achieve, I trying to download the 2019.3.15 hub.

has anyone got any idea on why this is happening or how I can fix this issue?

(The attached image is when I click on the sign in button, nothing will happen after it highlights and the same for when I try to download from the achieve)

 

Me too haven't figured out how to download older versions

 

hub 3.2.0 not working, too...
