Search Unity

Question I can't create a project on Unity Hub 3.0

    I just started learning about Unity yesterday and I think I installed Unity 2019.1.10, after install Unity, I installed Unity hub but I can't create a new project, it send me a massage:

    How can I fix this? Pls help me!

    How you fixed it? i have this since the version 3.x.x and i'm not able to fix it.
