I'm having this error, after trying to create a build, for a mobile game, it's for study, this is part of the course I'm taking, I've already made several attempts to solve this error, the last one now, was uninstalling unity, and reinstalling everything from scratch, but to my surprise, it still has an error.

UnityException: Target Android SDK not installed
Android SDK does not include your Target SDK of 30.
Please use the Android SDK Manager to install your target SDK version. Restart Unity after SDK installation for the changes to take effect.

this is just to show, that at the time of installation, add all the necessary modules, current version of unity 2002.3.4f1 LTS (I found this LTS version even strange, because not even on the UNITY website did I find this version for download, this version, the unity hug itself, who indicated).

Ps. sorry for my english i'm using the translator.

This sounds like an installer problem without correct access to folders and files.
