I can't build for Windows Phone app because of UAP error

    I have a game that has Gamesparks in it, I am trying to run the game on the emulator first then create an app package so that I can test it on a windows phone but I got an error.

    The error code is this one:

    I've been searching the net about this error but I can't find any solutions

    I am using Unity 5.6.2 and Visual Studio 2017 Community
