I cannot export apk for unity...why?

First of all...none of the tutorials i can find anywhere mention how to export to quest...they only say how to play directly on the quest...But I assumed it was build for android...but when i do that it says JAva..somethind android sdk not found...but i cant find out what this means or how to fix...Clealry i have android installed in unity..so why does it say this?

 

One oddity I noticed with Unity Hub is that it doesn't automatically select all of the entries for Android development support when you select "Android Build Support". Check if they've been installed and if they haven't then install them. Accessing the module screen can be done by clicking "Installs", then the vertical dots on the installation box, and then "Add Modules".

So i never noticed those two drop down boxes before..If its collapsed then one would assume they would be checked by default. Thank you so much.
