Hi, I have bought 25 GB of storage for collab but when I upload an update I have this error.
    "Cannot Submit Change to Server"
    In console:
[Collab] UnityCloud::persistentFaraday::Failure: Request failed with response code 401 from
the server responded with status 401

Hi @rrafaele1 and @Orcnized! I'm sorry you both ran into issues submitting via Collab over the weekend. Sometimes these types of issues can be temporary. Would you mind checking if you're still seeing these errors? If you are, can you tell me which country your trying to publish from?

@ryanc-unity hey i still cant upload my changes. i once managed to upload 9 GB but after it i got this message mentioned above.
As Thirias mentioned we are form germany.

I also was confused that i uploaded 9GB and the upload was "finished" although the project is bigger. Since than i have still stuff which need to be uploaded and it doesnt work.

Hey guys! Thanks for getting back to me. It seems that you two are getting a 400 error code returned to you, but unfortunately that can happen due to a couple different reasons. To figure out exactly why you're hitting this error I'd like to look at your entire Editor logs. But before you send them to me, could you try opening Unity from the command line and add the following argument at the end: -enableCollabEventLogs. Then try to publish again. After you get the error again then please DM me your Editor.log file (you can just copy-paste it into the message).

Also, is @rraffaele1 part of your team too?

Hey guys, here from Brazil since yesterday Collab stucks! No error message just don't works. Publichs works fine but downloads freeze even on commits less than 2mb. This destroyed our team work today.

Hi @lrb and @Arkideit! Thanks for reporting the issues you're running into. Our servers in South America seem to be running fine. Would either of you be willing to run these Amazon Network tests to see if you're able to connect to the AWS? Can you also give our Network Reporter a try and send me your reports?
