For the past three years, I have been slowly building an MMORPG. It's a rather long process, with a lot of details in the mix, but one of the things I wanted to do while at it is share the experience of it. I was inspired by other game developers, that shared their experience, both in video and in writing, and I think it's a great opportunity to show the game taking shape and perhaps inspire other people throughout my journey and afterwards. So I will be leaving replies with each weekly video update, and to kick it off, here is this week's video, which talks about area of interest management: Most recent devlog: Summoning creatures: Here are some of the most popular ones in the channel: Networking tricks: 5 powerful tools I made for my MMORPG in Unity: Adding Spells & Spell Editor: Adding Quests & Quest Editor: Lua scripting and supporting AddOns in Unity: https://youtu.be/P09aYdXVi3E It's been an amazing journey, and it's exciting to see the game taking shape, and things like combat becoming more dynamic and lively. Let me know your thoughts.
