I am from Colombia, why Asset Store require a TAX number?

    I have bought several assets and never asked me for the Tax number, the price of the asset is increased by 19% for taxes. If I change the location of my address to a country in my region such as Venezuela, Uruguay, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Peru or Brazil, it does not ask for the Tax number.
    Is there an error or am I unaware of any tax applied only to Colombia in the Asset Store?
