I am creating a Pokemon Game in Unity with 8 different stories and i need help

    I do not want history that they have not understood I have the idea I have the history I have the idea of the history I know how Unity works and I am not someone who does not know anything about the engine if it were like that it would have happened to RPG Maker a long time ago because only I would have to learn but I already learned to use Unity and on that engine I will make my games

    First of all, use punctuation. I had a stroke reading this.

    You dont even know how to use unity and want to make a full pokemon game with 8 stories? Thats far too ambicious. I would start with a simple pacman or flappy bird.

    If you want to learn, I recommend you the youtube channels Brackeys and Code Monkey. When you are a bit more advanced, you can move on to Sebastian Lague. Good luck

    Im sorry Elmisterio but this is really too large of a scope for your first Unity game. In your post you are asking for scripts, art, and story...thats most of a game and each part takes a ton of work. Im all for setting lofty goals and achieving our dreams but its just not realistic.

    If you dont know how to code in C# and havent used Unity, you need to make 3-4 very very small "mini-games" first to understand how the basic parts and pieces work. Do you know how collisions work? How about interacting with UI? Are you going to move the character with physics or by transform? etc.

    Some major parts of the project you want are:
    -Battle system: Includes Type advantages, moves, turn based combat
    -Level system
    -Catching mechanic
    -Items and inventory
    -All X amount of monsters and their evolutions
    -Interactions with NPCs
    -Some sort of "Pokedex" thing

    That is just without any art or story, that is just bare bones of what you would need.

    If you still want to accomplish this, I would slim it down a ton. Have one character, 3-4 monsters and 4-6 abilities and make sure that turn based combat works, you can catch and level monsters and maybe pick up and use items. Once you have this small prototype, then you can post to reddit or a forum for story, art and sound for help.

    No offense but no one is going to help you with your idea, but they may help you with your game. I hope that makes sense. Get something flushed out that runs well and show people you accomplished the basics and have proven the ability to add onto it.

    i am professional coder i can do what you need easy, but 8 stories is too much i can only do 7 if you want, 7 is my max, i have access to high quality pokemon style art sprites and tilemaps, and also fully working and adaptable pokemon engine with turn combat and attack animations, and also voice actors male and female as needed, music composer for a maximum of 10 tracks and pixel art animations for a maximum of 4000 frames, 1000 sound effects and level designer for 24 maps, and script writer for 7 plotlines.

    unfortunately you need 8 stories so i think we cant work together

    I wouldn't worry too much about this being too ambitious. Better worry about Pokémon being an Intellectual Property (or IP for short) of a company (Nintendo) that's known for heavily defending its IPs like hell.

    As long as he doesnt mention Pokemon and its similar jargon and doesnt make his monsters look like existing Pokemon he should be fine. The genre of game cannot be copyrighted. Look at TemTem or whatever it is called.

    This is the wrong forum. Please read the descriptions and post in the correct forum. Make sure your post is clear and comprehensive, and do not not lump several unrelated things into thread. Close for all those reasons.
