Hyper-reality Experiences

    Has anyone tried the VOID or Nomadic hyper-reality VR experiences? They look like incredible fun—curious if they're developing content in Unity or Unreal.

    All these are are mounted backpack VR. Its basically like having a laptop strapped to your back with an oculus or vive headset attached, and a fixed playspace to wander around in. Its not really revolutionary and its been around a while now. Their content itself looks nice, but the kit is nothing special.

    Then they have put real objects in the playspace placed at the same space as in the VR world so you can get some actual touch. Again, nothing revolutionary just clever use of their play space.

    The content could be unity or unreal. Most VR is built using Unity, so I would wager unity. But impssible to tell just from looking.
