Humanoid character problems (made with SoftImage 2012)

    Hello Unity developers:

    We are building our MotorBike game using Unity, we've built our driver character using SoftImage 2012

    We've exported the driver to Unity, and after changing the Rig animation type to Humanoid every thing seems to be OK so far

    but if we clicked the Configure button, Unity shows us rig and highlights the hands with red to indicate that there are some problems

    It says that some bones have the length of zero, but we made sure it's fine in SoftImage

    as a result in the game we can see the problem with the fingers while playing some animations (The whole animation is fine, the problem is limited with the fingers)

    the attached file contains the project we've made, containing the character and the animation Take 01 inside

    Is there some thing we can do in Unity? or some option in the export settings in SoftImage?
