Huge Build Issue

    I've made a music visualizer in HDRP that runs at almost 200 frames per second inside of unity and then CRAWLS when I build it out. I have all the settings I can find as low as I can get them but it seems to make no difference. It also says the built file is using less memory than unity itself, so it should be running faster but instead it's unusable outside of unity. I'm stressed and can use any leads I can possibly get, thank you.
