When I try to open UnityHub 3.3, no window pops up at all. It shows in my toolbar but that's it. I tried reinstalling and deleting ApplicationSupport/UnityHub. I can open projects directly with Unity but then I cannot log in and use assets, which is essential for my project. I should note that the hub was working just a few months ago for me just fine. I am on MacOS High Sierra. I have the same problem: hub 3.3 and no window pops up, only the toolbar showing that it's there, but the services(activity monitor, file activity...) under the toolbar do work. I'm on macOS Monterey and also tried a lot of times deleting and reinstalling, but it didn't work. As a beginner I cannot even activate my license without the hub so i can't use unity3d now.
If you have not tried to, I suggest installing brew, then running "brew install pcre2", according to this other forum post: https://forum.unity.com/threads/fixed-mac-os-monterey-hub-3-3-0-installation-issue.1368543/ This will update the pcre2 library. I had the same Unhandled promise rejection error, my macbook is also running on High Sierra, and this solved my issue.
