Bug Hub uses most energy

    In the interests of climate change, do you think you could get the resting state of the Hub, likely installed on MILLIONS of machines, world wide, down to zero CPU usage?

    As it is now, with many creative apps being used and Unity Editors with post processing active in Scenes and Game Views... the Hub is outpacing all of them for energy usage, despite being in the background, doing NOTHING!!!

    Please. fix!!!
