Question Hub Broken!

I have two computers open. both are running the new hub 3.0.1. same account. i try to open a project. no license. ok cool i guess ill go get one oh wait i already have one, i see on my other computer. the one ive had since 2019. one computer says i have a license. one doesnt. im trying to do a game jam here and four days of work are on the line. what do i do. please.
