Feedback Hub Beta - Can you please put Release Notes online when you make a release?

I'm using the Hub beta and like it so far.
However, what I don't like is when Unity doesn't properly do release management.

Hub shows "Hub 2.4.0-beta.2 Available". Clicking on it, selecting "Read Release Notes". Leads to here:

Guess what, no release notes for beta 2. How do you expect to get feedback from people if there's no release notes to check if it's worth upgrading?

Please fix this, and ideally fix it in your process, this happens way too often (not only on Hub).

EDIT: after updating the button to even open the release notes is gone, and the top bar hint that a beta is used is gone as well. Why...?
EDIT 2: randomly found the release notes, they are now under "Click User Name > Troubleshooting > View Release Notes". I'd appreciate if I can clearly see that I'm using a beta and have quick access to release notes etc.
