Question Hub 3.4.0 and 3.4.1 get Critical error if use Thai (Thailand) Region Format

    Since Unity Hub update to 3.4.0 and 3.4.1. I can't launch Unity Hub with Thai (Thailand) Region Format.

    Unity Hub can launch with English (United States)

    But this problem doesn't occur in older version (sorry I don't have back up file for 3.3.0)

    Is this by design or a bug?

    Thanks for flagging this issue! Could you please report a bug by selecting the 'Report a bug' option in the Critical error popup or through the Unity Hub Bug Reporter and share your bug report id (IN-XXXXX) here?
