Bug Hub 3.1.1 Screen blank when loading in background

    Environment:
    • Hub 3.1.1 (also happened in previous Hub 3 versions)
    • Windows 10

    Reproduction:
    • Open Unity Hub and click over to an unrelated window that obscures the Hub window before Hub has opened.
    • Click back to Hub. The window is blank:

    • To refresh the Hub window, I need to minimize and restore, or refresh the screen.

    (Apologies if this has been reported already. A quick search didn't turn up anything.)
