Resolved HTC VIVE PRO controller are not detected!!!

    Hello all,

    I'm trying to develop a VR project using HTC VIVE PRO on unity 2020.3.19f1 and I have the latest:
    • OpenVR XR Plugin 1.1.4
    • OpenXR Plugin 1.4.2
    in the same project. SteamVR is also the latest update. The Headset is working perfectly fine and all BUT the controllers are not moving or tracking. but when I click the menu button the steam layout shows which means that they are detected but not in game.

    Also, if I try to move the controllers manually from the scene while in game, the stay at 0,0,0 and won't move.

    Can anyone help me on what can I do to track them.

    not sure if same issue, but check:
    Project Settings/XR plugin management/OpenXR/Interaction profiles that you have something added there.

    or from Window / XR / OpenXR / Input validation

    *this was while ago, so not sure if its still in same place..

    Thank you for replaying.

    yes I have done these. I forgot to mention that where I work, all steam services are blocked except for steamVR. Maybe that affect something

    I have un installed and reinstalled everything with the latest versions and now it works somehow.
