Hey all! I'm making a 2D platformer and I was wondering what's the best way to use a 2D image for a background? I want a background that able to follow the camera around, but also give some slight scrolling for the illusion of depth, but I have no idea how to go about doing that or even how big it should be.

For some context, I'm aiming for a 1080p resoultion and I'm targeting a PC release at some point (I am NOT doing mobile). Also, if it would help, I am using the RexEngine asset.

Check this video out. It will help with adding depth and works with scrolling.
